Bath time

Here is my boy, who since birth has hated the bath. Bathing him consisted of one of us getting in the shower and the other standing outside the shower and cleaning him. Slippery, slithery, and thankfully, never dropped. I am glad to say those days are over. For some BIZARRE reason he suddenly loves it and asks about 50 times a day if he take one. Santa brought him some new bath toys, maybe they we enticing enough to warrant getting. My daughter is in the tub also, but she a a little older, so she's staying out of view...you can hear the commentary and my son using his new favorite words.....which I now hear 50 times a day also.....

It is pretty funny isn't it? I still say the best moment was when we were about to sing a lovely Nat King Cole song together, and we heard from the next room, "Oh Dammit", when he knocked something off the tree. His timing was PERFECT!!!!

Even better, when he points his finger at me and says "NO WAY MAN".....I have to laugh!!!

I bath my twins every night. Even at 5 they still forget that water splashes. I am tempted to just wear a bathing suit when I give them baths...

Michael C: My daughter was the queen of getting water in parts of the bathroom that weren't even near the tub! Bathing suit is the best idea!

(I hear ya' on the pics of your little girl...Way too many sickos out there)

Well, "damn it" is right up there with my son saying "Sofia took my freakn' book Mama!!!" IN THE VERY QUIET LIBRARY. Not a proud momie moment for sure...

Somegirl: HI!! I miss you :) ANd yeah, at least his parts were covered....to many sickos to have her in the pic. LOL!! "Sofia took my freakn' book Mama!!!" Of Course it had to be a quiet place! Where else would they come up with so funny, you can't help laughing outloud!!!!! Everytime he says Damn it, I choke back the laughter. Today it was, "Riley, it's time to go get TT (as he calls Tierney) off the bus." "oh Dammit!" was the response. I guess he was to busy to be bothered! LOL! I REALLY miss you ...I hope you're ready for LOST!!!!

Sooooooooo cute! My goodness, this brings back memories. Especially the slippery part. Unfortunately, none of mine EVER begged for a bath. Greaseballs!
